 I help small organizations move complex or ambiguous projects to completion — especially where budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder alignment are involved.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and technical systems, where pieces don’t quite fit yet and someone needs to make them coherent.
